March 30, 2016

By Bruce McIvor

We've had a great response to our announcement of a series of free, half-day workshops across Canada for Indigenous Peoples.

The first in what we expect to be a number of Vancouver workshops will be held at our Gastown office on April 15th.

Topics for discussion include:

  • Aboriginal title and rights post-Tsilhqot’in;
  • Where next for treaty rights?
  • Towards consent-based consultation; and
  • Overlapping claims

Details:

  • Cost--Free;
  • Time--8:-30 am to 12 pm, April 15th;
  • Location: Vancouver

Indigenous organizations are welcome to register to attend by emailing .

We’re looking forward to discussing these important issues and helping to identify effective strategies to protect and advance Aboriginal title, rights and treaty rights.

Is there any chance there will be a webinar streaming for those who can't be there in person?
