Supreme Court of Canada Restoule Decision Released

This morning, the Supreme Court of Canada released its highly anticipated decision in the Restoule appeal, weighing in on the Crown’s promise to increase annuity payments under the Robinson Huron and Robinson Superior Treaties.  

This case has important implications for First Nations defending their Treaty rights across the country.
